In this role, you will blend operational controlling with strategic responsibilities, focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive informed decision-making and optimize business performance.

Anforderungen

• •Around 4+ years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A, or comparable finance role
• •Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, mathematics, or relevant apprenticeship
• •Strong affinity for data and advanced Excel skills (e.g. Power Query, Power Automate); experience with Workday or similar ERP/FP&A tools highly desirable
• •Independence, analytical thinking, and high quality standards in dynamic environments
• •Confident communication in English; German skills are a plus

• •Prepare and analyze KPIs and management reports
• •Take financial ownership of selected business lines or projects
• •Develop controlling instruments and drive reporting automation
• •Perform variance, profitability, cost, and sales analyses
• •Steer budget planning and rolling forecasts
