- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Proven track record of managing large, complex finance teams
- Experience in high-growth tech or e-commerce environment (preferred)
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Excellence in financial modeling, portfolio optimization, and capital allocation strategies
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication with C-level executives and external stakeholders
- Aptitude to lead through ambiguity and motivate teams in fast-paced, rapidly changing global landscape
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- MBA or professional designations (CPA, CA, or ACCA)
- Experience in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in OneStream, Anaplan, or similar enterprise-level consolidation and planning
Aufgaben
- Partner strategically with the CFO and C-suite
- Provide actionable financial insights
- Connect P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flows to operational goals
- Consolidate management reporting for Group entities
- Ensure IFRS compliance
- Adhere to Management Reporting guidelines
- Deliver timely Monthly Performance Reviews to Boards
- Direct global annual budgeting strategy
- Direct global monthly forecasting strategy
- Direct global 5-year strategic business planning
- Define the future finance function
- Drive adoption of new finance tools and automation
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI
- Own global consolidation and planning systems
- Prepare financial, commercial, and operational highlights
- Communicate with analysts, investors, and the public
- Guide International Finance teams on value-based analytics
- Guide International Finance teams on investment proposals
- Guide International Finance teams on long-term financial modeling
- Ensure profitable growth for global brands
- Ensure Free Cash Flow generation
- Oversee ad hoc financial analysis
- Support regional and global teams
- Lead M&A financial evaluation and execution
- Lead capital allocation
- Promote global best practices and process excellence
- Ensure adherence to financial standards
- Ensure IFRS recognition across all entities
- Lead, coach, and develop 30+ finance professionals
- Empower teams to deliver high-quality analysis
