Anforderungen
- Senior Finance Professional with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Solid working knowledge of LucaNet, managing consolidations, and adjusting reporting layouts
- High proficiency in Excel and experience using BI tools like Looker for data analysis and performance monitoring
- Strong background in accounting or related finance degree, understanding P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Uncompromising eye for detail and data digging for root cause analysis
- Familiarity with SaaS and subscription metrics, translating into reports for B2B and E-commerce
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken), comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders remotely
Aufgaben
- Prepare topline performance updates
- Manage consolidated management P&L and Cash Flow statements
- Lead annual budgeting process
- Conduct monthly forecasting cycles
- Perform regular data health checks
- Identify discrepancies between backend systems and Looker
- Collaborate with department heads for ad-hoc analysis
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic projects
- Maintain financial views within LucaNet
- Ensure accurate accounting postings
- Update reporting structure to meet management needs
- Participate in senior leadership meetings
- Provide technical financial context
- Answer detailed performance and KPI questions
