Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Backend-leaning data role
- Strong programming skills in Python and solid SQL skills
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and experience building or maintaining data pipelines
- Experience working with relational databases and familiarity with analytical storage is a plus
- Familiarity with orchestration or transformation tooling
- Ability to clean, transform, and validate large datasets
- Interest or experience in extracting structured signals from unstructured data
- Basic experience with monitoring/observability for pipelines and willingness to own reliability
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization
- Knowledge Graph is a plus but highly valued
- Good engineering hygiene: Git, code reviews, small frequent commits, tests, CI/CD
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Aufgaben
- Build the data backbone of the real-world evidence platform
- Work hands-on with data from multiple sources and formats
- Transform raw inputs into reliable, analytics-ready datasets
- Power patient journey analysis and product features
- Build and maintain data pipelines
- Define consistent data models
- Enable fast and trustworthy access to data for analytics, product, and AI teams
- Implement monitoring and quality checks for data ecosystem
- Improve pipeline reliability and performance
- Evolve the platform as product and data volume grow
- Translate real-world needs into pragmatic data solutions
- Balance speed and iteration with privacy, security, and correctness
