- Frontend development experience (Advantageous)
- Enjoyment of technical writing (Advantageous)
- Experience automating workflows (Advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Resolve technically complex customer cases
- Troubleshoot issues alongside Engineering teams
- Identify and drive technical fixes and mitigations
- Partner with Product and Solutions teams for guidance
- Collaborate with Customer Success on internal and external guidance
- Develop internal tools and scripts to increase efficiency
- Improve existing internal tools and scripts
- Specialize as a domain owner for v0
- Improve existing documentation and internal processes
- Create new runbooks and guides
- Assist Customer Success Managers with Enterprise requests
- Manage and resolve Enterprise escalations
- Participate in scheduled weekend or holiday on-call rotations
