- Manage end-to-end proofs of concept and pilots
- Document success criteria and executive outcomes
- Guide onboarding and migration patterns post-sale
- Optimize performance, reliability, and costs
- Standardize playbooks and reusable assets
- Coordinate security and compliance reviews
- Provide product feedback as the customer's voice
- Create reference architectures and technical content
- Travel to industry events and customer sites
