- Support leading organizations in manufacturing, energy, and defense
- Understand client use cases and desired business outcomes
- Help licensed users achieve goals via Dataiku
- Translate business use cases into high ROI solutions
- Partner with internal account and technical teams
- Guide customers on implementing data science projects
- Implement customer engagement strategies and account planning
- Conduct consistent Executive Business Reviews
- Leverage health analytics to identify expansion and churn
- Collaborate with Sales on relationship expansion and renewals
