Anforderungen

  • Proven leadership experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Sales (minimum 5-7 years)
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, math, or revenue management; MBA preferred
  • Results-driven and highly organized
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)

  • Own and drive strategic relationships with enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic success plans
  • Lead high-impact Executive Business Reviews with C-level stakeholders
  • Advocate for customers and manage escalations internally
  • Monitor product adoption to maximize customer value
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for account expansion
  • Establish relationships with executive sponsors as a strategic partner
  • Educate customers on best practices and self-service tools
  • Maintain a deep understanding of PROS products and services
  • Oversee contract renewals, invoicing, and accounts receivable
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
