- Drive adoption of SAP Business Data Cloud
- Coach strategic customers through cloud transformations
- Build relationships with CXOs and technical leaders
- Provide technical advisory for broad portfolio consumption
- Generate innovative ideas for demand generation
- Safeguard renewals and minimize customer churn
- Partner with customers on outcome-based plans
- Coordinate activities with the internal account team
- Advise on technical and business architectures
- Support market unit demand generation initiatives
- Execute renewal strategies to optimize profitability
- Introduce AI and digital modalities to customers
- Orchestrate resources across SAP and customer teams
- Analyze technical needs and execute consumption plans
- Instruct customers on solution best practices
- Act as the customer's voice to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with product management and support groups
