Anforderungen
- •7+ years of experience in regulated industry
- •Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or relevant competing platforms
- •Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- •Skills for analyzing technical concepts and mapping business requirements
- •Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms
- •Proficiency in Swiss-German and English
- •Experience leading cross-functional teams
- •Salesforce product certifications are a plus
- •Knowledge of Salesforce products and features
- •Experience working with Enterprise-level customers
- •Knowledge of French and other European languages
- •Availability for occasional travel to customer sites

- •Serve as the single point of customer accountability
- •Nurture relationships with IT and business leadership
- •Help customers achieve business goals on the Salesforce platform
- •Coordinate completion of the Signature Success catalog of services
- •Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance
- •Advise customers on adopting new Salesforce features
- •Identify potential challenges and risks in implementations
- •Communicate the value of Signature Success to collaborators
- •Advocate for customers during high severity case resolutions
- •Conduct quarterly reviews and identify trends
- •Provide tailored release recommendations for stability and performance
- •Build strong relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
