- Familiarity with reading and understanding code (e.g. Java, JavaScript, APIs)
- Understanding of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce
- Salesforce certifications are a strong plus
- Collaborative and curious mindset
- Confidence in engaging with customers and explaining complex topics
- Passion for innovation, automation, and business impact
- Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Platform App Builder, AI Associate)
- Previous experience with Salesforce solutions or ecosystem
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- French
