Demonstrating AI Agent solutions for manufacturing clients via Salesforce CRM. Hands-on automation, data, or intelligent systems experience expected. Leading customer workshops and creating product demonstrations.

Anforderungen

  • Background in industrial engineering or AI/tech
  • Manufacturing or industrial engineering background with interest in digital transformation
  • Technical/AI-focused background with hands-on experience in automation, data, or intelligent systems
  • Degree in industrial engineering or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations
  • Passion for digital transformation in the industrial sector
  • Salesforce experience or certifications are a strong plus
  • Interest in AI and its practical applications in business
  • Familiarity with reading and understanding code (e.g. Java, JavaScript, APIs)
  • Understanding of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce
  • Salesforce certifications are a strong plus
  • Collaborative and curious mindset
  • Confidence in engaging with customers and explaining complex topics
  • Passion for innovation, automation, and business impact
  • Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Platform App Builder, AI Associate)
  • Previous experience with Salesforce solutions or ecosystem
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • French

  • Help manufacturing customers leverage AI
  • Demonstrate how AI Agents solve industry challenges
  • Understand customer goals and align with Salesforce solutions
  • Create engaging product demos
  • Lead customer workshops
  • Conduct hands-on proof-of-concepts in sandbox environments
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor for IT and business leaders
  • Stay updated on Salesforce's evolving AI offerings
