- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Project management experience in large system integration and business transformation programs
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google
- Excellent language skills in German and English or French and English
