Aufgaben
- Lead annual budgeting and forecast updates with department heads
- Develop and maintain financial models for planning and analysis
- Analyze financial results against budget and forecast
- Prepare variance analyses and commentary for management
- Prepare management reports and presentations on KPIs and financial results
- Provide financial insights to various departments
- Assist departments with cost control and operational efficiency
- Support evaluation of strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Conduct ROI analysis for capital investment projects
- Assist in preparing financial statements (German GAAP and IFRS)
- Improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools
- Support Accounting leadership on special projects
- Complete ad hoc duties as assigned
