As a Team Lead in Accounting, you will oversee the accounting team while ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Your role involves preparing financial statements, optimizing processes, and serving as the key contact for all accounting inquiries.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
• •Extensive, multi-year professional experience in finance and accounting
• •Proven, multi-year experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of teams
• •Solid accounting proficiency according to HGB and IFRS
• •Confident handling of MS Office and common ERP system
• •Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
• •Business-fluent communication skills in German and English
• •Valid work permit for Germany

Aufgaben

• •Lead the accounting team professionally and disciplinarily
• •Oversee personnel development, goal setting, and performance management
• •Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
• •Ensure efficient and accurate booking processes
• •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• •Optimize and develop accounting processes and systems for efficiency and quality
• •Support ERP projects
• •Monitor CAPEX project controlling and its accounting representation
• •Create and analyze reports for management
• •Manage liquidity planning and payment runs
• •Serve as the central contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders on accounting issues
