Aufgaben
- Provide technical and managerial leadership to the Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Cross Services team
- Work closely with the Shared Service Center in Brașov
- Ensure high quality and efficiency in operational accounting
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities
- Prepare periodic financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
- Drive digitalization and automation of accounting processes
- Lead and support S/4HANA rollouts
- Ensure team reviews travel expense reports
- Manage accounts receivable, trade credit insurance, and collections processes
- Handle master data changes and compliant billing of services
- Ensure governance and quality assurance
- Collaborate with Corporate IT, Corporate Tax, Purchasing, and Controlling Services
- Act as a key user for financial processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial auditors and tax examiners
