- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Collaborate closely with Accounting
- Ensure compliance with FHCS and F&Co standards
- Act as strategic finance business partner for Global Functions
- Enable decision-making with transparent financial insights
- Own annual operating planning
- Manage cost structures and central charging model for FHCS services
- Drive cost reviews and variance analyses
- Ensure financial governance across departments and projects
- Conduct financial audits
- Comply with internal and external regulations
- Align with GRC requirements
- Lead efficient controlling processes
- Handle intercompany and P2P processes
- Document and improve controlling processes
- Serve as key contact for auditors
- Interact with tax authorities
- Engage with Works Council Economic Committee
- Lead and develop the controlling team
- Manage talent development
- Oversee contract governance
- Maintain documentation in Doxis
