- Strong commitment and drive to perform, taking ownership, going extra mile, delivering results under pressure
- Ability to align diverse perspectives, challenge constructively, build trust
- Continuous improvement of data flows for speed and quality

- Lead monthly management reporting and forecasting
- Ensure high data quality and clear presentations
- Manage in-depth and ad-hoc business performance analyses
- Deliver decision-ready insights for operational and strategic goals
- Drive operative and strategic planning across the group
- Closely cooperate with the Board of Management and senior leaders
- Provide financial expertise to corporate functions
- Act as primary point of contact for Controlling topics
- Contribute to key business development projects
- Continuously improve Controlling processes and systems
