Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• •CPA or CMA certification
• •Minimum 6 years of accounting experience
• •Knowledge of HGB/IFRS and financial audits
• •Basic tax and treasury knowledge
• •Proficiency in SAP FI and Microsoft Office
• •Structured, analytical, and resourceful mindset
• •Proficiency in English and German
• •Independent and collaborative work style
• •Hands-on mentality and coordination skills
• •Interest in IT and Generative AI

Aufgaben

• •Prepare financial statements following HGB and IFRS standards
• •Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• •Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
• •Lead the annual audit with external auditors
• •Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures
• •Oversee tax compliance as an interface to Group Tax
• •Monitor cash flow and manage cash operations
• •Collaborate on business initiatives and financial projects
• •Maintain knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
• •Optimize and implement SAP FI systems
• •Train team members on SAP FI system usage
