In this role, you will oversee accounts payable processes and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. You will also optimize accounting workflows and collaborate closely with auditors and tax advisors to navigate complex financial matters.

Anforderungen

• •Completed commercial training or further qualification as a certified accountant/tax specialist or a degree
• •Relevant professional experience in accounts payable accounting
• •Knowledge of HGB and German tax laws
• •Proficiency in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
• •Experience with DATEV or similar finance and accounting software
• •Quick comprehension and strong process understanding
• •Careful, independent, and structured working style
• •Very good German skills and good English skills

Aufgaben

• •Monitor end-to-end accounts payable processes
• •Ensure accurate periodic accounting and reliable P&L and balance sheet positions
• •Take responsibility for optimizing ongoing accounting processes
• •Assess accounting and tax-related issues and business transactions
• •Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• •Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors
