You will drive global growth by building scalable accounting processes, from streamlining month-end closes to partnering with leadership on strategic financial projects.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Accounting or similar field
• •5+ years of accounting experience
• •Deep knowledge of HGB; IFRS/US GAAP plus
• •Strong analytical skills and process building
• •Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive nature
• •Proficiency with NetSuite as a plus
• •Experience with inter-company and consolidation
• •Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Design scalable accounting policies
• •Implement internal controls for IFRS and HGB
• •Build systems to streamline month-end closing
• •Create reports for month-end processes
• •Prepare and review journal entries
• •Approve reconciliations and schedules
• •Support audits by preparing required schedules
• •Respond to specific audit requests
• •Analyze monthly variances and business drivers
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvements
• •Solve process issues with FP&A
• •Partner with Finance Leadership on projects
• •Manage general corporate accounting matters
