- Deliver accurate, consolidated financials on schedule
- Establish accounting foundations for new entities in the Cayman Islands and Lithuania
- Manage transition to multi-entity group consolidation under HGB and IFRS
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Act as a key contact for external auditors and tax advisors
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Research and recommend modern accounting tools
- Implement scalable finance tech solutions
- Serve as a go-to person for accounting inquiries
- Communicate proactively with the finance team and other departments
