Aufgaben
- Provide accounting support and analysis for Corporate, German, and Swiss GAAP
- Lead day-to-day accounting activities and month-end close
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare journal vouchers
- Deliver timely and accurate management reporting
- Create journal entries
- Report on balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow
- Manage annual accounts and audit processes
- Prepare quarterly and yearly VAT submissions
- Coordinate year-end closing activities
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Control accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records
- Collaborate with local service providers for tax and reporting requirements
- Research tax and regulatory issues as needed
- Support government relations related to filings and corporate matters
- Develop cash flow management strategies
- Assist with the budget process
- Identify and propose accounting solutions for unusual business transactions
- Ensure day-to-day accounting aligns with corporate policies and GAAP
- Support audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Assist with ERP rollout for financial modules
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned
