Aufgaben
- Partner with customers to increase SAP BTP service consumption.
- Coordinate activities with the Account Team.
- Build and execute tailored and scaled consumption plans.
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify and implement new BTP use cases.
- Analyze the big picture, apply digital transformation expertise, and coach customers on technical and business outcomes.
- Demonstrate added value and provide recommendations for optimal BTP solution use, aligned with SAP strategy and roadmap.
- Act as the strategic SAP BTP point of contact, orchestrating success resources in line with the SAP BTP engagement model.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders, ensuring needs and feedback are represented and addressed.
- Collaborate closely with Cloud Success Services, centers of expertise, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management, Support, Services, and Partners.
- Deliver premium subscription services as needed.
