- Act as the primary technical owner for customer private cloud landscapes
- Serve as a strategic advisor for customer private cloud landscapes
- Drive stability and optimization of customer cloud landscapes
- Contribute to architectural improvements for cloud landscapes
- Drive proactive risk management for cloud landscapes
- Provide architectural guidance for cloud operations
- Oversee end-to-end technical governance for cloud operations
- Empower customers to achieve secure, reliable, and scalable cloud operations
- Deliver fixed-scope, proactive, and outcome-based services
- Provide strategic cloud architecture leadership
- Provide technical governance leadership
- Define roadmaps, standards, and best practices for landscape optimization
- Align landscape optimization with business objectives and long-term sustainability
- Lead key landscape lifecycle activities and transformation initiatives
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery testing
- Lead major changes and adoption of SAP S/4HANA, Clean Core principles, and cloud capabilities
- Own the end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes
- Ensure stability, performance, scalability, and compliance of cloud landscapes
- Coordinate effectively across customers and internal stakeholders
- Proactively identify and manage risks and critical issues
- Drive preventive actions for risks and issues
- Coordinate timely resolution of risks and issues
- Engage closely with customers and internal teams for issue resolution
- Drive automation and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement for reliable operations
- Ensure measurable business outcomes from cloud investments
- Ensure value realization from cloud investments
