Anforderungen
- •3–8+ years B2B business development experience
- •Management of complex technical sales cycles
- •Strong commercial, negotiation, and contract skills
- •Comfort working with cross-functional teams
- •Strong communication and technical translation skills
- •Battery product experience or thermal design
- •Working experience in B2B wholesale
- •Familiarity with qualification and validation processes
- •Experience with compliance and shipping constraints
- •Existing network in relevant power categories
- •Experience with contract manufacturing or OEM

- •Identify target accounts and outreach strategies
- •Qualify opportunities based on technical requirements

- •Coordinate internal stakeholders for technical inquiries
- •Negotiate and close complex supply agreements
- •Grow strategic accounts through cross-selling
- •Manage commercial topics and demand planning
- •Provide product roadmap feedback from customers
- •Track competitor offerings and pricing benchmarks
- •Provide insights to improve product positioning
