End-to-end commercial pipeline management and HubSpot data governance for a B2B used-battery marketplace. Fluency in both English and German required. Remote-first culture with monthly €50 Hrmony perk and half-day off on December 24th.
Anforderungen
- 3+ years Sales Ops or RevOps experience
- Strong CRM and operations skillset
- Experience supporting transaction execution processes
- Fluency in English and German
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Interest or experience in sustainability topics
- Experience in Green Tech, IoT, or Energy
- Technical understanding of battery systems
- Familiarity with cross-border transactions
- Experience with physical goods or supply chains
Aufgaben
- Own HubSpot as the single source of truth
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and stage discipline
- Monitor and follow up on pipeline updates
- Manage the end-to-end commercial pipeline
- Ensure documentation is complete and execution-ready
- Align deal data with Finance for forecasting
- Structure and coordinate commercial logistics workflows
- Define handover criteria and documentation requirements
- Interface between Sales, Finance, and external partners
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
- Implement improvements to increase execution reliability
