- Manage warm inbound lead pipeline.
- Understand funding needs for German and Danish businesses.
- Sell the Liberis solution.
- Assist clients through the funding process.
- Engage directly with business owners.
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and Risk teams.
- Ensure outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure a smooth, supportive experience.
- Ensure frictionless customer journey.
- Guide customers from initial outreach to funding.
- Conduct discovery calls with business owners.
- Understand client operations, funding goals, and ROI.
- Tailor and position the Liberis solution.
- Present and explain funding offers clearly.
- Highlight key benefits of offers.
- Address objections and alternative solutions.
- Communicate proactively via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp.
- Build rapport with clients.
- Maintain deal momentum.
- Close deals efficiently.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Track performance across sales funnel stages.
- Represent Liberis professionally.
- Act as a role model and mentor.
- Guide and support junior sales team members.
