- Sell the Liberis solution
- Assist clients through the funding process
- Guide customers from initial outreach to funding
- Ensure a smooth and supportive customer experience
- Conduct discovery calls with business owners
- Understand client operations, funding goals, and ROI
- Tailor and position the Liberis solution effectively
- Present and explain funding offers clearly
- Highlight key benefits of funding offers
- Address potential objections and comparisons
- Communicate proactively across phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Build rapport with clients
- Maintain sales momentum
- Close deals efficiently
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Risk, and Operations teams
- Ensure a frictionless customer journey
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Track performance across key sales funnel stages
- Represent Liberis professionally and enthusiastically
- Serve as a role model and mentor
- Provide guidance to junior sales team members
