Sales Development Representative – Nordic Markets(m/w/x)
Prospecting and qualifying leads for a data protection software provider via phone, internet, social media. Fluency in English and a Nordic language, plus 1-2 years sales experience required. Equity for all employees, 30 days annual leave, paid volunteering days off.
Anforderungen
- Fluency in English and at least one of Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish
- 1 – 2 years of professional experience in Sales, business development, lead generation, outbound calling, or equivalent
- Experience and enjoyment working in a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivation and drive for outstanding results with focus on quality and customer
- Devotion to Sales development and achievement
- Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral, written, and social media communication skills
- Excellent creative, multi-tasking, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with a variety of internal groups
- Solid technical aptitude and business acumen

- Ability to research, utilize, and leverage social media and internet to qualify leads
- Expectation to be on camera during remote video interviews

Aufgaben
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, internet, and social media
- Follow up creatively on inbound leads to spark interest
- Create opportunities within your assigned region
- Partner with senior sales executives to drive revenue
- Attend events and tradeshows with senior sales executives
- Generate outbound communications to enhance engagement
- Maintain activity levels to boost customer engagement and revenue
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with team members
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach to create value-based partnerships
- Consistently achieve sales quotas
- Advance the sales process with prospective customers and partners
- Collaborate with team members to share feedback and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
