Anforderungen

  • •Solid financial expertise
  • •Skills in risk analysis and financial modelling
  • •Knowledge of various loan products and credit facilities
  • •Knowledge of specialized lending and structured finance
  • •Networking with non-bank lenders and capital advisors
  • •Sales and negotiation skills
  • •Knowledge of European lending market and industries’ needs
  • •Regulatory compliance and fraud prevention
  • •5+ years of experience in corporate lending or structured finance
  • •Collaboration in an international matrix organisation
  • •Organizational skills in a high demand environment
  • •Proficiency in English
  • •Knowledge of French, Polish, German, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages
  • •Strong interpersonal skills

Aufgaben

  • •Promote funding and embedded lending solutions across Europe
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and lenders
  • •Provide customized financial solutions to meet client needs
  • •Assess deal feasibility and business cases
  • •Evaluate companies' performance and creditworthiness
  • •Prepare proposals with the credit risk team and other departments
  • •Coordinate applications from submission to closing
  • •Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • •Stay updated on industry and regulatory developments
  • •Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
