- Prepare dedicated offerings with credit risk and legal teams
- Structure transactions and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Manage applications from initial submission through to closing
- Coordinate with C-level stakeholders and internal departments
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
