- •Previous experience in sales, structuring or trading within investment banking
- •Strong product knowledge across complex products
- •Proficiency in oral and written German and English
- •Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- •Proficiency in Excel, Python or VBA
- •Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical clients
- •Effective understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environment
- •Assessment on key critical skills relevant for success in role
- •Mandatory regulatory qualifications or minimum qualifications to meet benchmarks

- •Understand clients' financial needs and objectives
- •Present and pitch financial products and services to clients
- •Liaise between clients and internal teams for smooth execution of requests
- •Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations
- •Collaborate with research analysts to provide insights and market updates
- •Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales transactions
- •Advise and influence decision-making and contribute to policy development
- •Lead a team to perform complex tasks and set objectives
- •Coach employees and appraise performance relative to objectives
- •Consult on complex issues and support resolution of escalated issues
- •Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies
- •Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls
- •Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources
- •Communicate complex information effectively
- •Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
