- Entrepreneurial spirit, idea contribution, autonomous work
- Ability to work under pressure and with shifting priorities
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's or graduate degree (business admin, economics, or industrial engineering)
- Strong academic track record
- Fluent German and English, Spanish preferable
- Working knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
