- Work on multiple transactions with various project teams
- Lead preparation of financial and economic analyses
- Create models for transaction evaluation and completion
- Develop client presentations and transaction documents
- Identify new business opportunities for Rothschild & Co
- Propose ideas that align with clients' strategic objectives
- Model and supervise financial valuations, including DCF and LBO
- Prepare and coordinate the due diligence process
- Structure transactions effectively
- Coordinate with third-party advisors
- Support coverage efforts and attend marketing meetings
- Build sector expertise and enhance market knowledge
