- Strong understanding of capital markets and financing structures (ideally bonds/Schuldscheine)
- Solid analytical skills and financial model knowledge
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, ideally Bloomberg experience
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset, ability to manage multiple projects
- Good understanding of business environment and competitive landscape
- Ability to independently manage assignments and deliver goals
- Very strong attention to detail and responsibility for work quality
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Support origination and execution of bond and Schuldscheine transactions
- Prepare client materials, financing analyses, and market updates
- Contribute to structuring discussions and transaction documentation
- Coordinate with Syndicate, Sales, Coverage, and Legal teams
- Manage workstreams to ensure efficient transaction execution and timelines
- Build and maintain client relationships at the working level
- Support business development initiatives and client dialogues
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and strong attention to detail
- Deliver high-quality work products and take ownership of output
- Anticipate client and team needs proactively and timely
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear presentations
- Contribute to team collaboration and knowledge sharing
