- Execute complex M&A and ECM transactions
- Advise multinational corporates and financial sponsors
- Coordinate with Sector and Product Banking teams
- Contribute to building the company's franchise
- Manage and mentor junior analysts
- Provide detailed guidance and feedback to staff
- Oversee specific project workstreams and information flow
- Assess risks to safeguard the firm's reputation
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- Report control issues with transparency
