- Prepare pitches for financing mandates
- Source financing mandates from private equity firms, corporates, family offices, and entrepreneurs
- Execute bespoke LBO and acquisition financing mandates
- Advise clients on complex financing solutions
- Liaise with debt providers, lawyers, and due diligence providers
- Conduct credit analysis and business forecasts
- Perform scenario analysis and financial covenant sensitivities
- Manage financial modeling and Q&A sessions
- Negotiate loan documentation, term sheets, and commitment letters
- Manage the financing process until closing
- Independently manage project workstreams and material preparations
- Develop and train junior team members
