Aufgaben
- Drive transaction execution
- Establish and grow German presence
- Build local team and network
- Lead deal teams
- Work closely with senior dealmakers and clients
- Manage day-to-day deal execution
- Guide junior team members
- Contribute to client delivery
- Support business development
- Participate in all transaction phases
- Support DACH strategy development
- Identify market opportunities
- Build relationships with key participants
- Position firm as leading advisor
- Support clients in financings and restructurings
- Develop optimal financing structures
- Assess funding alternatives
- Lead project management
- Coordinate with clients and advisors
- Prepare and negotiate term sheets
- Review financing documentation
- Oversee transaction execution to closing
- Contribute to business development efforts
- Expand firm’s presence in DACH region
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to team development
- Support German office build-out
- Contribute to long-term growth strategy
