- Manage Analysts and Associates to meet timelines
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Serve as key client contact for day-to-day queries
- Discuss deal issues with internal teams and third parties
- Identify and contact finance providers for transactions
- Prepare term sheets and review due diligence reports
- Review loan agreements
- Train and develop Associates and Analysts
- Support team marketing efforts and franchise growth initiatives
