Aufgaben
- Manage daily dunning activities using ROMLI and future systems
- Optimize dunning processes and automation logic
- Manage Credit Management CAM to-do flow
- Handle escalations and ensure quality assurance
- Optimize and implement credit guidelines within the eCommerce portfolio
- Ensure compliance in day-to-day operations
- Take ownership of dunning processes for small customers
- Reduce payment defaults for low-volume customers
- Act as SPOC for credit management topics
- Provide training and enablement for eCom Customer Operations
- Contribute to risk reduction projects
- Lead process automation projects
- Develop the eCommerce credit and dunning operating model
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as required
