Aufgaben
- Analyze, structure, and evaluate business requirements for sales processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Manage lead, opportunity, and pipeline, and account management within CRM
- Act as a central interface between sales departments and IT
- Support the Product Owner in translating business requirements into system logic
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with sales stakeholders across Europe
- Document workshop results as use cases, processes, and functional specifications
- Create and refine user stories, epics, and functional requirements for CRM development
- Actively support backlog refinement by analyzing and detailing requirements
- Functionally prepare requirements for agile development
- Ensure business requirements are correctly understood and implemented with solution architects and development teams
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Define test cases for CRM features
- Conduct functional tests of new CRM features
- Assist with functional approval of new CRM features
- Analyze CRM and sales data to identify optimization potential
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes
- Support operational units in rolling out new CRM features
- Contribute to key user trainings
- Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer for CRM features
