Aufgaben
- Build trusted relationships with customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure customers maximize product use
- Provide remote support to over 200 customers
- Support users across DACH and EU regions
- Provide support for Patient Care and Cardiology Informatics solutions
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and empathetically
- Troubleshoot software and hardware incidents following Philips procedures
- Analyze software and hardware incidents following Philips procedures
- Escalate critical or complex cases to senior experts
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve products
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge
- Continuously grow your expertise
- Contribute to the knowledge base
- Share best practices with global support teams
- Ensure customer interactions reflect Philips' quality and care
