Diagnosing hardware/software issues for users in sustainable investment. IT support experience with basic M365 and Windows OS knowledge required. Work in a specialized clean energy investment firm.
Anforderungen
- Vocational training or degree in IT, computer science, or related field
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, workplace applications, troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, workplace tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured, service-oriented, and team-based work ability
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Fluent English, German B2 (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Provide initial technical support to end users
- Resolve IT incidents and service requests promptly
- Serve as first contact for IT issues
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Diagnose and resolve basic network and application issues
- Log, track, and manage incidents in ITSM
- Log, track, and manage service requests in ITSM
- Ensure accurate documentation of issues
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support
- Provide guidance for standard IT processes
- Support user onboarding and offboarding
- Provision user devices
- Manage user access
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines
- Contribute to knowledge base articles
- Contribute to user documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
