In this role, you will focus on ensuring regulatory compliance by assessing raw materials and recipes, creating essential documentation, and reviewing labels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating on projects and addressing inquiries to maintain compliance with EU food regulations.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in food law or food science
• •At least 4 years of professional experience in regulatory environment of food industry
• •Profound knowledge of German and European food law
• •Knowledge of Codex Alimentarius standards
• •Fluency in English, German is a plus
• •Excellent IT user skills (Office 365) and database handling
• •Strong comprehension skills and analytical thinking
• •Precise and thorough work under time pressure
• •Strong team player with collaborative mindset
• •High level of quality awareness
• •Good communication and presentation skills

Aufgaben

• •Assess regulatory compliance of raw materials, recipes, and nutrient profiles
• •Create and update regulatory documentation, including ingredient lists and nutrition information
• •Review and approve labels and communication materials per EU food law
• •Participate in project teams for new developments and product changes
• •Analyze regulatory impacts of changes to raw materials, recipes, and labeling
• •Coordinate orders and requests for legal opinions and labeling assessments
• •Support the handling of official objections or inquiries
