Anforderungen

  • 5+ years project and procurement management
  • Strong experience German space, aerospace, high-tech industrial ecosystem
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs
  • Solid understanding public procurement processes, contractual frameworks, regulatory environments
  • Satellite manufacturing, integration, or testing experience desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills in structured, high-stakes environments
  • Confidence engaging senior institutional and governmental stakeholders
  • Fluent German and excellent English communication skills
  • Spacecraft industry experience required; aerospace or automotive backgrounds considered
  • Strong familiarity German market and experience with German customers, partners, or public-sector stakeholders is an advantage
