- Formal management certificate considered a plus

- Eligible for and willing to undergo clearance process for German “Ü2” Personal Security Clearance
- Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Equivalent experience in programme management
- Familiarity with SAR technology and its applications
Aufgaben
- Lead development, integration, and operation of SAR satellite constellation
- Align programme with company strategic objectives and stakeholder requirements
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams from partner companies
- Ensure successful integration and testing of satellites and constellation
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and cost baselines
- Control resource allocation to meet programme timelines and budgets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and opportunities
- Develop and implement contingency plans
- Engage with internal leadership, external partners, customers, and government stakeholders
- Manage expectations and foster strong relationships
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Oversee contract execution and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
