You will lead the Payroll and Time Solutions team, balancing strategic roadmap development with hands-on backlog management to deliver high-impact IT projects and stable system operations.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• •Several years of team leadership and management skills
• •Experience as Product Owner, Manager, or similar in HR IT
• •Several years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• •Beneficial knowledge of German Payroll and time management legislation
• •Several years of experience implementing digitization projects
• •Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
• •Beneficial understanding of enterprise integration and ERP environments
• •Excellent communication skills in English; German beneficial
• •Ability to understand German Law and council agreements

Aufgaben

• •Provide functional leadership to the Payroll and Time Solutions team
• •Mentor team members to support their professional development
• •Develop and manage the Payroll and Time Solutions roadmap
• •Align product strategy with organizational and HR objectives
• •Facilitate international IT projects for payroll and time management
• •Prioritize the product backlog against operational capacities
• •Drive integration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay features
• •Oversee end-to-end delivery of payroll and time solutions
• •Ensure projects remain on time, within scope, and on budget
• •Safeguard stable system operations for payroll and time management
• •Act as the primary contact for product vision and stakeholder decisions
• •Collaborate with HR IT teams to ensure integrative solutions
• •Partner with the People Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Group Owner
