- Beneficial understanding of enterprise integration and ERP environments
- Excellent communication skills in English; German beneficial
- Ability to understand German Law and council agreements
Aufgaben
- Provide functional leadership to the Payroll and Time Solutions team
- Mentor team members to support their professional development
- Develop and manage the Payroll and Time Solutions roadmap
- Align product strategy with organizational and HR objectives
- Facilitate international IT projects for payroll and time management
- Prioritize the product backlog against operational capacities
- Drive integration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay features
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of payroll and time solutions
- Ensure projects remain on time, within scope, and on budget
- Safeguard stable system operations for payroll and time management
- Act as the primary contact for product vision and stakeholder decisions
- Collaborate with HR IT teams to ensure integrative solutions
- Partner with the People Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Group Owner
