- Strong experience designing and implementing end-to-end processes (Level 3 to Level 5)
- Demonstrated ability to define and manage SAP master data (customer, pricing, billing, financial)
- Strong background in requirements engineering

Aufgaben
- Drive design, testing, and deployment of Homecare business processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Define and standardize end-to-end patient-related processes across functional streams
- Collaborate with global functions, Market Units, and the central transformation team
- Gather requirements and design master data for SAP templates
- Ensure alignment between process design and system functionality
- Configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Homecare solutions within L2C
- Align and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions in other functional streams
- Define and govern essential master data for global Homecare processes
- Ensure robust patient data governance, including data quality and GDPR compliance
- Support consistent process adoption across regions
- Engage with global stakeholders for SAP Homecare template rollout
- Act as the key liaison between business and IT
- Conduct requirements engineering and define test scenarios
- Ensure processes and configurations align with regulatory and financial controls
- Leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities and integrate with 3rd party solutions
- Maintain seamless integration with other E2E process streams
- Provide global end-user support and training during implementation
- Travel internationally as required
