- Define and manage SAP master data (customer, pricing, billing, financial)

- Design Order-to-Bill processes for Pharma, BioPharma, and MedTech
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Bill solution configuration
- Test and deploy SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Bill solutions
- Define and govern essential master data for O2B processes
- Collaborate with global functions and Market Units
- Ensure consistent process adoption across regions
- Engage with global stakeholders for SAP O2B template rollout
- Act as liaison between business and IT
- Conduct requirements engineering
- Define detailed test scenarios and test cases
- Ensure processes align with regulatory requirements
- Ensure processes align with financial controls
- Ensure processes align with industry best practices
- Leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities
- Integrate with related solutions (FSCM, RAR, tax, e-invoicing)
- Integrate with third-party systems
- Ensure seamless integration with other E2E process streams
- Maintain data flow and cross-functional process consistency
- Provide global end-user support and training
- Travel internationally as required
