- Strong background in compliance-related activities
- SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) experience desirable
- Quality-related non-SAP applications (LIMS, QMS) experience desirable
- Success in large-scale global business transformation programs
- Ideally involving more than 40 manufacturing sites

Aufgaben
- Define, standardize, and document Quality Management processes (L3-L5)
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of the SAP QM template on SAP S/4HANA
- Provide expert guidance and constructively challenge solution decisions
- Define and manage SAP QM master data
- Collaborate with global functions, manufacturing sites, and the central transformation team
- Ensure consistent process implementation, compliance, and adoption
- Drive the rollout and implementation of SAP templates across global manufacturing sites
- Act as the key interface between operational teams and IT
- Ensure alignment of business requirements, process design, and system functionality
- Conduct requirements engineering
- Develop detailed software test definitions and validation activities (PQs/UATs)
- Ensure GxP-compliant solutions
- Ensure quality processes, SAP configurations, and system designs meet regulatory requirements
- Leverage SAP QM expertise and related solutions like SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH)
- Support integration with quality-related non-SAP systems (e.g., LIMS, QMS)
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Support global implementations through international travel
- Provide end-user training
- Support change management
- Provide ongoing deployment support
